Using the booking form below, fill out your information and any details about the house you would like to have painted. Any information you provide will help inform the painting process. Once I receive your form, I will put together your order confirmation which you will receive via the email you provide.
Turn-around time for house portraits is 2 weeks - 6 months depending on size and customization. (If you need by a certain date I am happy to accommodate for a rush fee).
Photos
When selecting photos for your portrait there are many options to choose from. The most popular method is to take your own photos with your phone or camera (preferably in landscape mode). Typically, photos come out best when they are taken from across the street or at the edge of the driveway.
We can also use recent realtor photos or satellite photos if taking photos isn't possible. If you would like professional photography, please indicate that in the booking form.
Deposit
For all commissions over $200, I require a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is to be paid once the final painting is completed and prior to delivery. I am also happy to discuss paying in 3-4 installments for paintings over $600.

Each painting is painted on archival fine art watercolor paper and comes packaged in a plastic protective covering and backing. If you are interested in mats or frames, let me know and I am happy to provide some options.
