House portraiture is an historic artistic practice where artists are commissioned to capture a home's essence in their unique artistic style. These portraits have become an important part of local history, cataloging where we come from and where we are going.
In my "take" on the house portrait, I endeavor to capture the physical landscape and natural setting that homes and families co-create with from day to day. My house portraits are a reminder that the sky, the trees, the flowers are all part of the places we call home. I hope my portraits bring us into the presence of the moment, the beauty that can be created in your specific small corner of the world, and that every tree and bloom matters.

Once I receive your booking form and discuss the process with you, I will put together an order based on the information you provide and send you an invoice. You will be able to submit the 50% deposit directly through the invoice.

Standard watercolor house portraits make perfect gifts for holidays, clients, or friends. With the standard portrait, you provide 1-3 photos, and I will create a beautiful painting based on the photos you select. The standard option has a quicker turn-around time than the premium house portraits and customization options come a la carte to fit your budget and timeline.

Base pricing includes a watercolor house portrait using photos provided by you as a reference. Customization like seasonal changes, landscaping, or variations from the photo will be quoted A La Carte.
Rush fees may be incurred depending on desired due date and current waitlist.

Premium Watercolor House Portraits
The possibilities are endless with a premium house portrait. For this process, I work closely with the client to create something truly custom and unique. Starting with a phone call, we will discuss what you are looking for. I can then visit your home to take photos, and make preliminary sketches for references. I can also help you determine what size may be best for you depending on where you are planning to hang your painting - whatever is most helpful for you.
Each premium portrait includes creative consultation, full customization options (blooms, seasons, research, and more). Photography is also included - just pay for travel.
If you are looking for a one-on-one experience filled with possibilities, this is the option for you. (Please note, premium portraits require a much longer lead time and may take more time to complete.)
