1. Fill out the booking form. Here, you will provide the address of the property and information about the commission. It is always helpful to know the purpose of the portrait - is it a gift? If so, who is it for? I will also need the due date and any specific details in the portrait you would like highlighted like a favorite tree or flower.
2. Pay the deposit. Once I receive the booking form I will reach out to you with any questions and send you a quote/invoice for the project. Base pricing for miniature portraits are typically $90-$115 depending on complexity. Once I receive the 50% deposit then I will schedule out your painting. Your due date will not be secured until I receive the deposit.
3. Send photos & details. For the most part I can work with google maps for miniature portraits. This is what makes them great gifts because we can ship them anywhere and we do not need to be present to get reference photos. However, if you have additional photos or details about the portrait you would like highlighted this is your chance to send it.
4. Receive a photo of your portrait. Once I have completed your miniature portrait, you will receive a digital image. At this time you will pay the remaining balance and I will schedule the painting to be delivered or shipped. Voila!
